Bought phb and subscription but players still cant make characters with full options.
I've wasted $40 to not be able to play with my family? Do I still need to pay monthly to use the characters?
I made a campaign and set it to share content. My nephews can't get the subclass options or anything else beyond the basic option.
Are your entitlements in sync? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses Further, does that show the PHB under your licenses?

How do they do that? With the same link?
Yes I'm all in sync
Yeah, they’ll need to check the same link using their own accounts.
Are their characters assigned to your campaign? Shared character options work only for characters inside the campaign that’s sharing them.
Yes all tried in the campaign but still doesn't work.
Did they check if their own entitlements were in sync?https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Can you give a specific example of an option they're not able to select?
Fixed. Unclear what the issue was. Out of 4. 3 had issues.
The most likely explanation is that their entitlements weren’t in sync at the time, and have since been synced automatically. (Checking it manually just lets you speed up the process when needed.)
