My friend is having the same issue. His character is in our run, but also its like deleted on his end. We have no idea what to do. Tried logging off then on. Tried deleting cache. Tried a different browser. He only has that one account via google, so he cant sign in differently. Nothing has fixed it.

ModeratorOkay, they have two accounts that both use the same Google for authentication. They will have to reach out to customer service to resolve this.
