I'm sharing my Master Tier account with a player in my game, and they only have the core 2024 rules available when making their character. They only see Fiend Warlock for example, when they should be seeing Archfey Fiend Celestial Great Old One As well as 5 from expanded rules
If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Are the books you've purchased, like the 2024 PHB, listed there under Current Product Licenses? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
If your players check the same page, are their own Account Entitlements also in sync?
Did you enable Content Sharing for that specific campaign? If so, you should see a "Content Management" button at the top of the campaign page. Otherwise, you'll see an "Enable Content Sharing" button there.
Is the character they're editing assigned to your campaign? Any character options shared in your campaign can only be used inside that campaign.
Do they have both Core Rules and Expanded Rules enabled for that character?
Are they trying to create the character inside the campaign? The sharing doesn't apply to all characters, only those created inside or assigned to the campaign.
There's a limit for Master Tier? I wasn't aware of that. That's why my sixth game has nothing. Thank you!
There is, but it's structured in a very weird way. The limit of 5 is on how many campaigns each user can turn on content sharing for. Anyone in the campaign with a master-tier subscription can enable content sharing for the campaign, and it counts toward that user's limit, whether they're the DM or a player. (This is why on the "My Campaigns" screen it specifically lists who has turned content sharing on in each campaign.)
So, if any of the players in your sixth campaign have a master-tier subscription, you can ask them to turn on content sharing for it, as long as they haven't hit their own limit yet.
Account Entitlements... Yes my account entitlements are in sync players check the same page... not sure why it would matter what entitlements the player has, but I will try to check with them. enable Content Sharing... yes, there are already 10 other active players in that campaign assigned to your campaign... yes Core Rules and Expanded Rules... yes they screen shared the process, so I could see that everything was enabled. actually own the 2024... Yes in the campaign... yes How many campaigns... I have 4 active campaigns

Hello,
I'm sharing my Master Tier account with a player in my game, and they only have the core 2024 rules available when making their character. They only see Fiend Warlock for example, when they should be seeing
Archfey
Fiend
Celestial
Great Old One
As well as 5 from expanded rules
How is this possible? And what can be done?
