If you added the 2024 Wizard class, 9 is indeed correct.
If you were expecting your INT to change that number, you probably meant to add the 2014 Wizard class instead. You’ll need to remove your current class, then scroll down and select the other Wizard class under 2014 Core Rules.

My INT is 20 so my modifier is +5, I should be able to prepare 10 spells but I can only prep 9.
