I made a homebrew feat for my PCs but even though I added 4 feat options to choose from on their character sheets they only have 2 options. Is there a way to fix this?

Do they have the correct source categories (like Homebrew or Expanded Rules) enabled for that character?
Have they purchased the books that contain those feats? Or is Contact Sharing enabled for that campaign?
If they check this page, are their Account Entitlements in sync?
