I'm subscribed to the master tier but it"s saying I don't have a subscription. When I check my subscription, it says I'm subbed. I can't get to my 200+ characters or anything! Please help. I sync my elements but it says they aren't. I have a big streaming game coming up Sunday.
So if I click the link you provided, it says I’m not subscribed. I got to subscribed and it says I have the master tier and the only option is to cancel my subscription. I am allowed to choose 6 characters only. My subscription renewed on the 7th of this month and is active until 7/7/25.

Just to verify: you’re saying this page shows you have an active subscription?

What happens when you try to access a character, exactly?
Did you just renew a subscription that had expired? If so, does going to My Characters give you an option to unlock your characters?
