One of my players has taken control of my NPC, but we cannot find out how this happened & now we are unable to unassign it, so i can take back control of NPC.
Your player first needs to make sure the character is assigned to a campaign. That can be done using the invite link at the top of any campaign page.
Your player then needs to open the campaign page, find the character, and click UNASSIGN. At the top of the page, they should copy the campaign's invite link and send it to you.
You can then use the invite link and select the unassigned character, thereby joining the campaign as that character and transferring it back to your account.
If you're not a subscriber, you can have a max of 6 characters. You'll need to have fewer than 6 before you'll be able to claim another.
