Cannot run Encounters via Encounter or Maps

Whenever I pull up Encounters, it cannot load my saved encounters or save any newly built ones. And if I try to build the encounter in Maps, it cannot load my players tokens to add them to the encounter. Is this a known issue?

It seems to be working on my cell phone, but the desktop site will not load it. I have tried on Edge and Chrome both.

Edit Update: It is now doing this same thing on my phone as well.

When I tried on my phone I was on my mobile network. While I was retrying I also got an alert that the Dice Roller couldn't launch. 

Don't even have one installed.
