I am attempting to create a homebrew background. In the editor, I select the starting feats that I would like to be added to the background, but when I try to create a character using this background, there are no feats tied to the background. For reference, when in the editor, I am going to "granted feats", then added the feats there such as Lucky or Tough, then I hit save. However when trying to use it in a character I cannot get the feats to work. This also seems to be happening with the equipment and ability scores. Is there something that I am doing wrong, or is this some kind of bug?

No, all other edits seem to be coming through. I even started again from scratch, this time starting from an existing background that had included feats and just changed the values, but there are still no feats shown when trying to use the edited background. Not sure what is going on. I tried two options, creating a rule with both Lucky and tough together, as well has two separate rules, one for lucky and the other for tough. neither worked.
