can't buy books

I'm trying to purchase some books, but I keep getting this message "There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again." I know, that the information I put in, is correct

This is an issue for a support ticket. All anyone on the forums can do is tell you to reverify your payment method.

apparently there is no point in making a ticket. The people that responded, are just as useless as the people that run this site

Go through the normal troubleshooting that you should any time a user-side error occurs. 

-Double check your information

-Clear your cache and cookies

-Try with a different browser

-Try with a different payment method

I have never had this issue on any other site. I have even purchased books, here before. I made a purchase later doing the day, on a different site. It's clearly this site that is pure trash. I checked my information so many times. They are correct. But this trash site, also makes it a pain, to actualy change the information. It seems to want to change it to something specific. I tried using Paypal. That didn't work either

have the same problem now, i cant buy anything, when i try to pay with paypal i only got this "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'city')"

Funny thing is, I'm using the exact same paypal account for paying for my master tier each month, no problem :/

Yeah i also have a membership and pay with paypal and cant buy books with same paypal

I just encountered this too, and thought I was going crazy... 

I just had the same issue and although the charge is made in my bank account the order does not appear anywhere in the site. Did anyone had any luck with this issue?
