Just bought Players Handbook 2014 on the DND Beyond app and it won't show up that I own it, if I try to click purchase again, a pop up and says I already own it. Tried restarting the app, no change.
Any help please 🙏
On this page, does it say your account entitlements are in sync? Does it show that book under Current Product Licenses?https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

It does say account entitlements are in sync.
It does not show the book in my product licenses.
In my bank account it says the payment is on hold.
Is there a reason it might be on hold or how I can cancel it and repurchase?
