I preordered the dragon delves and eberron stuff, dragon delves is out fully and I have the physical copy delivered already, but I never got a code to activate dice or any such thing for the good dragon dice. I also have nothing for the eberron artificer dice set and nothing in my collections, just the ice cream ones from this month and the basic black dice. I tried reaching out to support but just like my last issue it was fruitless and brutally unhelpful, so I’m trying this instead. I gave up entirely on using the content from Tasha’s at this point and we are back using paper for at least one guy in the campaign because his stuff is randomly not compatible despite following all guidance given.
This whole site frustrates me to absolutely no end
Where did you preorder Dragon Delves? If you did it directly on D&D Beyond, you wouldn't need a code. If you did it on dndstore.wizards.com (for non-US shipping), then there should have been a redemption code (one code for both the book and the dice) in your confirmation email.
My entitlements are in sync, but it doesn't show even having digital dice now in the order at all which was something I was quite looking forward to. The deal with Tasha's i have is I was under the impression it was compatible with 2024 characters and apparently the optional feats are not. In my campaign I have a 2024 monk playing as the drunken monk subclass, I wanted to offer him the Tasha's Quickened healing feature. I have worked with his sheet and him looking at it also, even with everything tech support told me to enable and opening everything he is unable to have it available. He is now level 5, it was given at level 4 as per recommendation in the book but we have to do it manually as it doesn't appear to work with DnDB. Thank you for the reply btw.
Dragon Delves actually didn’t have any preorder bonuses. The dice you’re asking about were (and still are) included in the Dragon Delves Ultimate Bundle, which also has the physical and digital copies of the book and the Dragon Lairs Map Pack. If you didn’t get the Ultimate Bundle but still want the dice, they are available separately as well. https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/category/DD0007000
Forge of the Artificer, meanwhile, does have a preorder bonus: the Airships of Eberron dice. Like Dungeon Delves, its Ultimate Bundle also includes another set of dice, the Artificer’s Forge Digital Dice Set, which are available separately as well. Both sets should release on November 25th. https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/category/DD0007100
As for Quickened Healing, I’d recommend adding it as a custom action directly on your character sheet. Just head to the Actions tab and click Manage Custom in the top right corner to get started.
That's the thing, I ordered the big bundle, got the physical book in the mail ( actually way faster than I expected, though I am sad I didn't know the limited edition at local stores looked so much cooler) and know it had gold dice in the bundle, it was a thing I specifically wanted and after purchase and "delivery" it doesn't show as something that was in the bundle at all. I genuinely think they just decided not to deliver on that for some reason.

You might also want to check if your entitlements are in sync.

Eberron's preorder dice have not yet been released. I think that will happen on the book's new early access date, November 25th.
What's the deal with Tasha's, though?

You know what? I’m dumb. 😅
