I can't find any information anywhere else about the problems with the pre-ordered books with alternate covers. And some folk in General Discussions suggested to write here, and since I'm willing to try everything, here am I.
The specific problem is that they haven't arrived in Europe (Poland) yet. At least, my copies haven't. I'm in contact with the Store, who hasn't had any problems with the rulebooks before, but this time it was different. As for the Player's Handbook, it arrived without problems. And then silence. When asked, the store replied that it was the European Distributor who refused to deliver the Monster Manual or Dungeon Master's Guide. It's been like this since the beginning of the year. I don't really know what else to do. The store doesn't really know what to do either. They are honest and every time I ask questions, in addition to providing an answer, they offer to exchange for standard cover books, so they want to help as much as they can, but they have no other options. Can anyone offer any advice?
