I am a player who was interested in playing oath of the spelldrinker paladin 2024 for my next DnD campaign, but as I was making my character, I noticed that not only does the spell list not exist as a feature itself, but it also doesn’t give you the free prepared spells. It does the same for 2014 paladin with there not being a spell list feature but at least it does give the spells. Still, I would really appreciate if this issue gets fixed. I tried to make a homebrew version of it to use it, but that resulted in a failure.
I am having a similar problem with my 2024 Paladin with the Oath of Conquest from Xanathar’s. The class spells shows as a feature but the spells are not on the “prepared spells” list or made available on the “spells” page.
I then made a 2024 Paladin with one of the 2024 subclasses. The class spells did not show up on the prepared spells list, but they were made available on the spells page.
For comparison, a 2014 Paladin’s subclass spells show up on both the prepared spells list and the spells page.
I was able to successfully make a homebrew clone that brought in the spells but now my character flags as a homebrew.i would like to see this fixed as well.

Yeah, that's a known issue at the moment when using non-2024 Paladin subclasses on the 2024 class.
