The pages for Monsters of the Multiverse are missing from DNDBeyond.
If you do a search for say, Genasi the search page will show that the content is there with a brief summary, but when you click the link to go to the actual page, you get a Page Not Found.
This also happens with the Dwarf race from the Players Handbook which is the first search result if you try to search for Monsters of the Multiverse.
Can't choose races from the book in character creator either, they just don't show up as options.

Replace "races" with "species". It's apparently a known issue.
However, I'm not sure why you can't find them in the Character Creator.

Did you purchase that book yourself? It so, is it listed on that same page under Current Product Licenses?
If the book is shared with you instead, is this character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing it?
Do you have Expanded Rules enabled for that character?
When selecting your species, did you scroll down to the Expanded Rules section?
