Yeah, it's a "partner site", but still it's a stain that I can't preorder it. So please speak to your partner so that we can preorder it outside of US. If there's an actual reason for it not to be available outside of the US, please explain because I could preorder lots of books through this mean previously.
I go to https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/category/CB47P6E01, click the "Products shipping outside the US, checkout on our partner site →" link, and get back to the base shopping page.
