I am DMing a campaign and paid for the Master Tier to be able to share sourcebooks with my players (2014 PHB, Tasha's, Xanathar's, and Strixhaven). I was working with one of my players to create their character sheet, and while they are able to select content from these shared sourcebooks during character building, when we go to create the sheet, the character builder won't let them do so. I've turned content sharing on and off again, and I've checked to see all my entitlements are synced. We were making the character using the campaign invitation link. Please let me know what else I should try. Is there a link to submit a support ticket? Our first session is in a few days and we would love to have this resolved ASAP.

Sorry, what exactly is the issue here? The first half of this sentence sounds like you’ve already created a sheet and selected these shared items, but then the second half seems to directly contradict it.
When my players go to create their characters using the invite link, they are able to see the shared content in character building, but when it comes to generating the character sheet, they receive a message saying “View Character Sheet Unavailable Character Incomplete” and “If you are unable to create a character due to missing options, return to the Home tab and change your source settings." All source settings are turned on, so we're not sure what's going on.
If they’re already able to select the shared character options, then it sounds like content sharing is working correctly.
Before you can view the character sheet itself, the character needs to have a class, species, and ability scores. That’s the case with or without content sharing involved.
Yes, I know that. Everything is filled out, I wouldn't have posted in the forum if not -- we ended up just trying to create the character sheet on the iOS app, which worked.
