So, i just created a 2024 Barbarian on Level 4.

I was just testing the character sheet, saw that there is a "Activate Rage" Dropdown and thought it was cool, that there is an option for that.
Sadly i cannot find an option to deactivate rage. So now i always have the bonus on my damage rolls :(

Even if i copy the character it is automatically active. 

Does anyone know how to deactivate rage or do i have to create my character anew from scratch and never touch that dropdown again?

You have to set that drop-down back to "choose a level 1 option" or whatever the unselected option is. That will return it to an un-raging state.

The one where you selected “Activate Rage”. If you click on the Rage feature in the list of features on the character sheet, it’s in the sidebar.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar
5. Set the OPTION drop down to "Activate Rage" to turn on rage and "- Choose a Level 1 Option -" to turn it off

Are you using the 2014 or 2024 Barbarian class? This feature is only available on the 2024 version.
