for 2 days now the map browser has not been working on any of my devices. I am unable to add a map to any of my campaigns and yes I have the maps subscription I have the master tier. This is extremely frustrating as I have a session soon and I NEED to be able to use this feature that I have LITERALLY PAID FOR
Those exact issues encountered today on two Android devices at our D&D session. A Samsung Note 9 running Chrome Browser and, a Lenovo tablet running Brave.
The Map Browser Window (pop up) is not displaying correctly preventing me from loading new maps. This issue began two days ago.
The pop up window displays as a thin strip with the words "Map Browser" on the left and an "X" on the right. I'm not able to resize the pop up or scroll it to display any other content within the confines of the thin strip. My only option is to close it by clicking the X. My browser is correctly configured to allow pop up windows from D&D Beyond.
I'm a MasterTier subscriber, properly logged in, using Safari (v18.6) on MacBook Pro (Apple M1) using Sequoia (v15.6).
Yes, I would like to say I am also having the same issue! I use primarily Safari for everything so the Map Browser being broken makes it impossible to work on my campaigns that I use this VTT for exclusively.
I am also a master tier subscriber for many years. I have a M3 MacBook Pro using Sequoia (v15.6)
When I click on the map browser it doesn’t show the menu just a grey bar and an x button, it does the same thing for the settings menu as well. This is happening on all of my devices, on my iPad, iPhone and desktop PC, changing browsers also does not help and neither does updating or restarting the device

I'm having the same issue. Also using safari on a mac.
This works properly in Chrome. Which is a workaround, but I don't like using Chrome. Don't trust Google with my privacy.
This is frustrating because it used to work in Safari. Please test in Safari.
