I am giving up and coming to the community for help.  For whatever reason my dice no longer work on this account. All my other player's dice work in the campaign. I am the one with the master tier account who set it all up. If there is a setting on this account to turn dice on or off, I can't find it. Please help my friends!!

When you click on anything dice related. Nothing happens. So, it doesn't work. 

Under My Dice it says.... "CURRENTLY ENABLED | The Elder Flame Dice Set"

"Enable Dice Rolling" on specific characters:

So on the character I was experimenting with today, it is definitely turned on, though I can't roll for any character that I can open.  I just checked like 5 of my characters, all have the dice turned on, and none of them work.

Hardware Acceleration in Browser:

It is turned on. Took me a solid minute to even find this and that isn't straight forward, but I found it. 

I went ahead and rebooted just in case.  So I can repeat this problem on 3 laptops and 3 different networks.  The only thing I haven't tried is logging in on someone elses account on my computer. 

I solved the issue. Apparently "My Dice" in Dnd Beyond just don't work in Chrome.  I really wish they did as that is my prefered browser type.  But for game sessions I will just have to use Microsoft Edge in order to get everything working. Oddly enough the maps and stuff work in chrome which I would assume would be harder to pull off... But what do I know... lol

I read on the AI google prompt that I needed to download an extension to make it work in chrome. I tried beyond 20 first, but it tells me I have to set something up under features and traits that I can't even find. 

That is interesting. When I go into Incognito not only do the dice work, but 100% if the images show up as well. That was something else I just noticed because I take it for granted. In my Chrome browser probably 20% of the images in DnD beyond don't show up.  I feel like this is going to be a needle in the haystack, but once I figure it out I am going to feel very satisfied! You are right, it probably is something in my settings somewhere. Things definitely look sharper and more professional when I am in incognito mode.

I want to give a shout out to the DnD beyond team. I am starting to use more and more of the Campaign features, to include playing with the maps! And there is so much possibility here! We are looking to impliment these features for when people can't make the session, so they can still Zoom in.  I am really impressed how everything is working.  I have had to introduce the character sheets to 2 brand new people to the game, and they picked up the basics rather quickly! In my opinion, it is worth having the Master Tier for running sessions!

 There's something about the DDB dice system that sometimes breaks. Given your symptoms, you should probably flush your cache and cookies for the site. (Don't know how to do it with Chrome.) The incognito window is using its own cache and cookies, and it's working there.
