So recently I had forgotten to update payment and just did it after about two weeks of not doing so. I cannot find my character sheets on dnd beyond’s website however they’re still on the mobile. What happened? Do I need to contact support?
Are you signed into the same account in both? If you go to the main screen of the app and click your avatar in the top left corner, what username does it show?
