I'm a DM, and I have a new player, and for some reason, his character is not gaining access to everything I have purchased. He created the character in the campaign I set up and when I go in, I see everything. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help

Has a Master Tier subscriber in the campaign enabled Content Sharing for that campaign?

If your player checks this page, are his account entitlements in sync?
