There is no benefit to up-casting Haste, yet it appears in 4th and up slots on my lore bard sheet. Same with any other (additional) magic secret spell. Spell view is a little messy in the new sheet without the extra spells clogging my view.
On a similar note, are we getting up-cast toggle for the spell list view? I don't think in terms of spell slots left often enough for upcasted spells to be permanent.
You can cast any low-level spell with a higher spell slot, even if there are no additional benefits.
Yeah I should have pointed that out. That is true, but it is not the point I was trying to make with the post. No other spells which have no benefit to upcasting appear in higher level spell views except bardic magical secrets spells. This makes it look like an oversight in development, so I wanted to point it out. I know I can cast any spell at a higher level, but there is no point for the character sheet to show me that option.
