I cannot send feeback to maps anymore. No matter which browser, computer, tablet or phone I use... and tried several ones. I used to be able, but not anymore. Any ideas?
To expand on Perringaiden’s suggestion, you don’t need all cookies enabled, but you do need Analytics enabled.
Subject to your consent, we use these cookies, like Google Analytics, to help us understand how users access and use our services. In order to check whether Analytics is enabled:
Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the site footer.
Click “Cookie Settings” or “Manage Preferences”.
Ensure “Analytics” is enabled. (You can leave other categories like “Advertising” off, if desired.)

You need to reset your cookies and choose "Let me be completely tracked".
