What device are you using? PC/Mobile/Tablet
If Mobile/Tablet, have you tried using the App?
What is the device's light mode set to? Dark / Light
What is the browser Appearance -> Mode set to? Dark / Light / Device
D&D Beyond is notorious for ignoring Dark mode settings.
It's possible that something in the browser cache is messed up. Try it in a private tab, and if that works, tell your browser to delete cookies and cached data for the site.
What about in another browser on your Chromebook? If that has the same issue, it’s probably a device setting that’s interfering. If not, it’s probably a browser issue.

D&D Beyond is notorious for ignoring Dark mode settings.
Im on PC and i don't have any dark mode settings turned on

i tried Bing but the problem persisted and i checked and Force dark is disabled
