It’s there for me. Did you select the right Goliath species? There’s two older versions that don’t include that option. Only the third (the one under Core Rules) does.

Yes I confirmed that I did! Not sure if I can post screenshots here but I triple checked everything and even compared with my group's options. They have it, I do not.
Even stranger, I have the "fire's burn" ability on my character sheet *and* whatever selection I choose out of the ones I'm allowed to take.
Sounds like you’ve somehow made two choices for that feature, possibly by editing it at the same time in multiple tabs.
You might try removing the current selection, wait a second, and then refresh the page. Repeat as needed until it stays unselected, then make your choice.

As per title, no option for fire's burn aka fire giant ancestry when selecting Goliath Species.
