Hi! Two days ago my Master Tier renewal failed with my credit card, but I paid immediately via PayPal (receipt attached to my support ticket #4754941). The payment went through, but my account still shows no active subscription.
I already sent full proof (PayPal receipt and screenshots) through the ticket system, but I haven’t received a response yet. I need access urgently for a one-shot I’m running in two days. Could someone please escalate or confirm my ticket’s status? Thank you!
