I purchased both the digital and printed version of the OOTA Campaign, but when I went to DM the game and tried to access information via my laptop, I could see the Table of Contents but I couldn't access any of the content; I received a "This page isn't working" error. I deleted cookies, ensured DND Beyond was an accessible site. This issue is on YOUR side. Please help me figure out how to access the content I paid for, or I will have no need for my subscription.
Thanks for the response. Some answers to your questions:
1) The OOTA campaign is listed as "purchased" on the license page. (I assume that means I should have access to it).
2) Happens to all links in ToC for OOTA.
3) I can't seem to paste an image into this reply. I tried to access my Xanthar's Guide to Everything Book (also an item I bought and is listed as Purchased) and this issue popped up again for it. It really feels like Wizards is trying to prevent me from accessing Legacy content. If I deduce that that is the issue, I will unsubscribe on the spot.
4) I am receiving this issue on THREE separate devices (personal laptop, work laptop and home computer). All of which have dnd set as an exemption to cookie blocking.
Error says: "This page isn't working." "www.dndbeyond.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS: Reload. "
I deleted all of my cookies trying to see if that would help and it did not.
Any ideas?
Chris

Hi:

Your help would be appreciated.

Seems to be working fine on my end.
If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?
https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Does this happen for all links in the Table of Contents, or just certain ones?
Can you open a page where you see that error, then copy and paste the URL for that page?
Do you get the same issue in another browser or on another device?
