I’m playing a 4th level Cleric with a +4 Wis modifier, so from my understanding I should be able to have 8 spells prepared, however my character sheet is stuck at 7. Not sure if I’m missing something here but could use some help or insight!
Your character is set to private, so we can't see it.
However, what has probably happened is that you've selected the 2024 version of the Cleric class. In the 2024 rules, the number of spells a spellcasting character can prepare is no longer based on their spellcasting ability modifier like it was for some classes in the 2014 rules. It's now a fixed value at each class level. At level 4, it's seven spells for Clerics. You can see this in the big table here.
If you want to use the 2014 version of the Cleric class, you would need to remove the class you've selected and select the 2014 version instead. But check with your DM to see which version you should be using for the game you're playing in.
