On my level 15 pal/4 warlock, I noticed today for the first time an item in my actions that says "Selfless Boon (Special)". I have no idea where that came from, not from any of my feats, species, abilities, or anything. And when I click on it, it gives an error message. I have no homebrew items like that, and the character is not in a campaign with someone else that has home brew items.

Im also having this problem now with something called the shame boon when i click ot it says error no content found
I just checked, and that character still has the 'Selfless Boon' in there, but I can't click on it for more info, I can't get rid of it and I can't figure out why the heck it's there.
