Yesterday I was teaching two new friends how to create their first characters as they have decided to take the plunge and learn D&D.
After their characters were created, I sent them the invite link to join the campaign I had created and they both got errors that said they could not add their characters to the campaign.
I reset the link, and resent it, but they both got the same error and could not add their characters to the Campaign.
I am Master Tier, and they are both on a basic free account.
What would prevent them from being able to add these new characters?
I am trying to troubleshoot, but cannot find the reason.

ModeratorAre they trying to create new characters or add existing ones?
How many players are in the campaign already? How many characters? A campaign can support up to 12 players (plus the DM) and up to 100 characters.
