So having this weird bug? Where i cannot view other sheets (as a player) in the same campaign despite public sharing being on. And mine is not viewable by others either (public sharing definetly on.
When you say "public sharing", you mean each character's Character Privacy setting is set to "Public"?
What happens when you try to view one of these sheets, specifically?
