I don't know what to do. I Just lost a year long lvl 7 wizard and Im sad lol. but If I can get him back it would be cool if not I'll start over.

Although, if you can't make it work, there is an occasional bug where people end up with two accounts attached to the same login method, and they need to contact support to untangle it.

However, it's most likely what wagnarokkr said.
