I have the digital version of the 2024 Dungeon Master's Guide. In a campaign where I DM, on the Master Tier subscription, the Saddle of the Cavalier cannot be added to one of my player's inventory. In the digital book, in the Magic Items section, I can see and read the description of the Saddle of the Cavalier. When I hover over the item's link, it reports as requiring a need to purchase the Dungeon Master's Guide from the marketplace. I can scroll down slightly to the Scarab of Protection, and when I hover over the item's link, it pulls up a mini-window of the item and its properties.
