I Have Duplicate Orders need one cancelled please Before I'm billed .
I’ve raised multiple support tickets (for example, 4804417 and 4808447) through D&D Beyond and the Marketplace, but the “Help” link on the order page appears to be non-functional, and the tickets seem to disappear after several days without resolution.
I’m reaching out with a simple request: it appears that I have two pre-orders for the Forgotten Realms Ultimate Bundle . I only placed one order and dont know how I have two on the system I would appreciate it if one of these could be cancelled, to ensure I’m not charged twice. Once this is resolved, I’ll want to complete payment for the remaining order so I can access the digital copy.
If these orders proceed to fulfilment, I’m concerned the issue may become more difficult to resolve, as I've raised 5 tickets now and they all get closed solved but no action taken and NO COMMUNICATION you. I’d be grateful for your assistance in addressing this promptly.
