I own the digital title and character options don't appear

Title says it all. The account is synced. I haven't used it for about a year and now when I'm creating a character, some of my options are gone. My subscription is still active. Please advise. Thanks!

Edit: Specifically, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything content doesn't appear. 

What toggles do you have on in the builder?

Also, what is not appearing? In particular: do you own the 2024 PHB? If you're making a 24 class, subclasses that have been updated won't appear -- you have to use the 24 versions, and can't see them if you don't have the PHB.
