After a day of my DnD club being cancelled and etc, I come back to DnD Beyond and I find that my characters are gone. I tried signing out and signing back in to my account, but the characters still did not come back. I'm extremely upset about this, cause I took a lot of time and consideration about my character's stats, build, and more. I don't know if this is a bug from the new update, or if I possibly got my account hacked, and they deleted my characters. I don't know what to do anymore, and I would really love to have an expert on DnD Beyond and an admin to help me and possibly restore my characters.

So, a somewhat common problem people have is signing in with a different login method than they originally used (e.g. Google vs. Apple) which results in them creating a new account without realizing it. This makes it look like all their characters and purchases are gone, when really they're all still there, just attached to the original account. You may want to look into that.

Because that could affect stuff, because it could tell us if its a sign-in problem, like wagnarokk said

No. I just got on one day when my DnD club was back open, and I saw my characters were gone. I've tried asking my DM about it, she said that this never happened to her, nor if she know how to fix the problem. I asked our oldest member of our campaign, and he said the same thing. They asked me the same questions that you guys asked me, and they all got the same answers: "I only have one account, and that account is logged in to D&D Beyond".
So this situation is the only problem I have run into since I joined D&D beyond a month ago.
