Content Sharing button for campaigns gone

When I create a new campaign, the buttons to activate / deactivate content sharing are just not there.

 Have you already shared with 5 campaigns.  There's a limit.

If you are over the limit, keep in mind that the DM doesn't have to be the one to enable content sharing; anyone in the campaign with a master-tier subscription can do so, and it counts toward their limit of 5.
