So, weird question... I can open and read the digital version of Eberron: Rising from the Last War in my D&D Beyond account, but I don't believe I ever bought it, and I don't believe it's being shared with me. The entire book is available for me to read, but I can't access the content in the character builder. Anyone know what's going on here?
Thank you everyone. It does appear to be a shared item, but I just can't figure out who shared it. But once I turned on content sharing for that campaign, the options became available, as expected. Sorry for the dumb question.

You're describing what the campaign content sharing would look like. So, it most likely is being shared with you in a campaign you re just unaware.

ModeratorThat sure sounds like it’s being shared with you. You’d only be able to use those shared character options inside the campaign that’s sharing it.

It may be owned by a player in a campaign, not the GM.
