Those options are from Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide. Have you purchased that book, or is this character assigned to a campaign where that book is shared with you?

I'm making a Totem Barbarian, but the extra options added in XGTE or TCE (Elk, Tiger) aren't showing up. The only options are Bear, Eagle, and Wolf.
