The level 3 Armorer subclass features from release do not work in DnD Beyond. https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/efota/the-artificer#Level3ArmorerToolsOfTheTrade You do NOT gain Armor Training. You gain training with Heavy armor. You also don't gain: No Strength Requirement. If the armor normally has a Strength requirement, the Arcane Armor lacks this requirement for you.
Both restrictions still apply and aren't added to the character. The old TCE Artificer was never programed correctly in terms of infusions, and that looks fixed in E:FotA, however it's disappointing that this basic feature that was done correctly in the TCE version was missed here.
