Adventurer's Atlas has the coding in red visible instead of the calculated modifier for the ability.
"After a Long Rest while holding Cartographer's Tools, you can create a set of magical maps by touching at least two creatures (one of whom can be yourself), up to a max of 1+modifier:int@min1 - Unknown value modifier type: min1 ."
Mark of Storm granted by House Lyandar background states: "Storm Magic. You know the Thunderclap cantrip. When you reach character level 3, you also always have the Gust of Wind spell prepared You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast it using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level."
At Level 3 my test Artificer doesn't have any 2nd Level Spell slots, but the Mark should allow 1 free use without a spell slot. Yet the spell does not appear in my spell list.
For comparison the Fey Touched Feat also adds a 2nd level spell Misty Step. Misty Step appears but Gust of Wind does not, suggesting the coding on Mark of Storm is deficient.
