Not sure why so many of the items in the appendix of the new book do not show up on the character builder for Replicate Magic Item. Specifically I cannot find Spell-Refueling Ring, boots of the Wind Path unless I enable the Legacy content. I cannot find Repeating Shot at all. Unless you just count the +1 ranged weapons with ammo as that.
