None of the features of the potent dragonmark feat appear to be implemented on D&D Beyond character sheets. The feat should give (1) an increase in the spellcasting ability score associated with the dragonmark; (2) always prepared spells; and (3) one spellslot that comes back on a short or long rest as high as half the character's level for casting spells on the dragonmark list. It does not give any of these things.
I am only commenting to say that I am experiencing the same issue. The Ability Score Increase and Always Prepared Spells and not be granted from Potent Dragonmark.
In the interim, I've just been making specific Homebrew versions of Potent Dragonmark when my players take it. Currently, I've only done it for the Mark of Healing (cannot share because of licensed content), but here's what I'm doing in case it's helpful to others:
Create the feat from scratch - copying a Dragonmark feat seems to come with a built-in choice for stat that does nothing and there's no way to delete it (or suppress it by setting the number of options to 0) because there aren't actually options.
Create a version for each mental stat--this is important so you can set the correct stat for the spells.
Copy the text from Potent Dragonmark into the Description.
Add a prerequisite for the dragonmark feat being replicated (e.g., Feat - Mark of Healing)
Example Text "General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Mark of Healing Feat)"
Add the stat increase (Modifiers -> Bonus -> <Stat> Score, Fixed Value: 1)
Add each spell to the list with the chosen stat set. Unfortunately, these spells will show up as at-will because you cannot add always prepared spells through a feat with the current system (I believe it is currently limited to homebrew subclasses and species). I include a note that they "require a spell slot" in the additional description.
Add an Action:
Action Type: General
Name: Potent Dragonmark: Dragonmark Spellcasting
Activation Type: Special
Reset Type: Short Rest (set Limited Use to 1)
Snippet: You have one extra <strong>level {{(characterlevel/2)@roundup,max:5}}</strong> spell slot to cast the spells granted by your Dragonmark feat. You regain the expended slot when you finish a Short or Long Rest. You can use this spell slot to cast only a spell you have prepared because of your Dragonmark feat or the Dragonmark Preparation benefit of this feat.
This will provide the text for your character sheet to indicate the level of the spell slot.
Description: You have one extra spell slot to cast the spells granted by your Dragonmark feat. The spell slot’s level is half your level (round up), to a maximum of level 5. You regain the expended slot when you finish a Short or Long Rest. You can use this spell slot to cast only a spell you have prepared because of your Dragonmark feat or the Dragonmark Preparation benefit of this feat.
Create additional copies of the feat, adjusting the stats.
yeah right now feat seems still be not working theres a few post on it now including my with no solution solved yet besides making a homebrew version of the feat thats at least a simple yet tedious fix but it works just fine enough!
I built several level 8 characters, moving the feats around and trying different origin Dragonmarks. There is no combination that makes Potent Dragonmark work.
Also... The DDB search function here apparently doesn't recognize "Potent" or "Dragonmark" on this forum.
I imagine this is because it'll require some new properties to be developed to enable the adding of spell slots via a feat. Probably still figuring out how to achieve that on the dev side!
Bumping this that the Potent Dragonmark feat from Eberron: Forge of the Artificer is still non-functional in DND Beyond.
When adding the feat to a character, there is no dropdown to select the ability score increase, the Spells of Mark provided by an existing Dragonmark feat are not automatically prepared, and the additional spell slot at half the character level is not added to the sheet.
Potent Dragonmark is not adding Prepared Mark spells to character sheet. This is also the case for the Gun-Mage Adept feat from The Gunslinger Class: Valda’s Spire of Secrets. As such this issue may persist with all feats that prepare spells.
Just adding my voice to the choir here... I've tested Potent Dragonmark with every house heir background AND without the background, instead taking a mark at 4 and PD at 8--Nothing. It's completely inop.
My character sheet isn't showing the Spells of the Mark being prepared after selecting the Potent Dragonmark feat. The additional spell slot also does not show, nor does the Ability Score Increase.
Same here. Potent Dragonmark Feat doesn't work at all.
- No Ability Score Increase is shown on the character sheet.
- No spells from the FotA Backgrounds (e.g. House Ghallanda Heir - Mark of Hospitality) are added to the prepared Spells.
Are such things not being tested before release? Customers are paying real Dollars and expect a working product.
Still not working from my end, either.

Migrating to 2024 and releasing new Homebrew regularly.
Feedback and play-testing appreciated!

It wasn't fixed this weekend because the devs have weekends off.

Not working for me either. Really frustrating. Like not even the +1 Stat? That seems like at least that would be very simple.
Yep. It's also not adding the stat mod correctly. Please fix.
Meanwhile it's just the best to make a Homebrew item that includes the spells. You just need to wear the item like a magical item without attunement.
Now the spells will be shown in the sprepared Spelllist. And for the modificator you need to overwrite.

I am also having this issue, the feat seems to be entirely broken, it doesn't add the prepared spells, spell slots, or the stats
