If you've already added the feat to your character, you'll need to click it again and use the new dropdown to confirm your chosen Dragonmark feat and spellcasting ability. The ability score increase and prepared spells will then appear.
Additionally, the extra spell slot granted by the feat can now be tracked using a checkbox on the feat itself.

Yes, though I had to save a few times before it appeared in the list.
I also changed my background to get a different Dragonmark feat. Potent Dragonmark needs that background Dragonmark feat.
