So yesterday, soon-after my pre-order for E:FotA was emailed, I received two charges for the same amount, which threw my account negative. The issue arises when a. I was not on-site when these payments went through, and b. there was no email following with a receipt. I also see no such price in my order history. To my knowledge, the only "auto-pay" thing I have is my Master-Tier Subscription, but these were a much higher total, and came through twice. I've attempted to reach out to support, and haven't received anything back (to a point where I'm starting to think I'm sending those emails incorrectly.) But a resolution to this issue would be much appreciated.
that money was intended to go toward food for the coming holiday, so it getting eaten for ??? from DNDB has me understandably upset.
