I'm not sure what to do here as I've never had this issue.
I keep trying to pre-order the artificer book and no matter what payment method I try I keep getting an error message "Unable to process payment". Starting a support ticket was no help because they just blamed the financial institution...but I've tried 4 different cards that are connected to 4 completely different banks/financial institutions and literally none of them work. It seems pretty obvious this is a D&D Beyond issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?
It's insane because customer services says it must be "your financial institution" but I contacted all three and all three said that DnDBeyond are the ones cancelling the orders, not them.
I finally figured out a work-around by doing PayPal instead and it worked. It seems extremely obvious DndBeyond's payment processor is bad but they don't seem to want to fix it.

Yes I am, they just wont take my money, trying to order the 2024 digital rulebooks.
