As the title said I'm unable to purchase a digital item, I'm attempting to buy the oneshot wonders holiday pack to play with my group.
However, I get rejected at the payment each time with the error: "There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again."
I'm located in Aus and just really confused why I'm unable to complete the purchase, my only lead is my bank flagged one of the attempts but I dont know why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I managed to get it to go through by adding the state to the city field as well as using PayPal as the payment method, unsure if PayPal by itself would have worked but that resolved it for me.

It seems this issue is hindering a lot of different people from different countries ... is this investigated on DnDbeyond for real ?
