So I can't Access the Content being Shared by The DM in the Campaign, can Someone tell me what's going on

I thought it was the stupid K-ID thing at 1st but now I can't access anything unless I look it up right from the sourcebook

I have a player in the same boat. I have created a campaign and shared all my content and shared the link but he is having an issue. Can you help?

Are his entitlements synced, as described above?

Is he making the character in the campaign where the books are shared?

You can also try turning sharing off and back on if the other two aren't the problem. Supposedly that sometimes fixes things if there's a glitch.

Hello all, 

All of my players are not getting access to my content as well. 
We have turned sharing on and off, recreated new campaigns and checked everyone has sync status on entitlements. 
Nothing is fixing this.

They can, however, read all of the books I have shared
.

(Update) 

So it looks like I somehow had content sharing on 6 campaigns, and even disabling content on all and adding them back on did not work. 
I deleted my campaigns down to 3 campaigns and then re-enabled content sharing, which somehow fixed it for all my players. 

Now when I go to a 6th campaign i now no longer allows me to share content.
