Hi everyone, I tried to buy Storm King’s Thunder, but the confirmation didn’t go through the first time. When I tried again, it said the purchase wasn’t completed — but the money was still taken from my account. Now it looks like I was charged twice and still didn’t receive the book. Has anyone experienced this before, or does a moderator/support member know how I can get this fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
